What those trucks doing.....they's workin.
Mom took Isabella and I out to Double T diner, and they are building a Walgreen's right next to it. Isabella is obsessed with tractors and trucks. So mom took her to watch the men work after we ate. They must have stood there for 10 minutes.

A lovely Sunday
The Sunday before Halloween, we walked part of the Ma & Pa trail, and then we went to my mom's house. We had a lovely time spending the day together. I really really look forward to Sunday's because it's one of the two days during the week that I get to see my husband since he's working two jobs now. We had a great time together.
She was so happy to see Mami (I didn't go to church with them this Sunday).

Alexander enjoying the sunshine.

Isabella was pretending to put something on him....I'm not sure what.

Papi and Isabella at the beginning of our walk. She kept saying that she was going to go swimming in the pond, even though we told her it was really cold.
My cute punkin in her church outfit.

Carving the pumpkin
Ronald helped Isabella carve her pumpkin. She did so well. At first, I wasn't sure if she would like to pull the guts out, but she did. I was also afraid that she'd be upset about cutting into her pumpkin, but she thought it was "so cool". Ronald drew the design for her, cut the top off, and then she went to work.
Checking out the face Papi drew.
Mami in training
Isabella is such a good big sister. Any time Alexander is crying, she either tells me that he needs "mami milkies" or she tries to give him his paci. Here she is trying to soothe him with his paci....what a good big sister.

She almost pocked his eye out...seriously, look at her thumb! She was a determined little girl.

I scared!
This morning I turned on the radio to hear who had won the race for President. When I heard that Obama had won, I gasped.
Isabella: "Mami, what happened?"
Me: "Obama is our next president."
Isabella: "OOO. I scared!"
Me too little girl. Me too.
